246 HKD for the raclette cheese lobster tsukemen. They added service charge and make you pay for the tea. The tea is very bland too. The soup is very bland, all the taste comes from the lobster only. It’s very difficult and messy to eat, since all the noodles are below the lobsters and tangled with each other, you need to hold the lobster while dipping the noodles to the soup. And I think the food is not very hygienic, since both my friend and I got stomachache after eating here. Pay with octopus card only

Food is ok, but the place smells very strong of burnt fish soup and is very narrow. It's not ideal for a friendly dinner for two or more people. Staff service was another problem as everyone acted as they didn't know how to speak. Highly recommend not to waste your time here unless you must need to eat tsukemen.

The ingredients are quite delicious and the noodles are very strong. But I couldn’t understand that when I still had half a bowl of noodles, I asked the waiter to heat up the dipping soup (about 3/1 left) and it was cold. The waiter asked me to eat more before adding more soup for me, and then I ate it with cold dipping soup. Part of the noodles fell off, so I added it when it was almost out of soup, and then added a whole bowl of dipping soup (only the outer pot was hot when it was first served, but it was cold after a big mouthful of dipping, so I had to wait for the heating). I don’t have much noodles left. I can only eat two or three bites before they are gone. If you can fill up the noodles, why don’t you fill them up for me now and ask me to eat more? As a result, I ended up with a full eight percent of the noodles left after finishing the last meal. Dip the soup. If you want to add bonito clear soup later, you need to scoop the dipping soup into the noodle bowl. I don’t quite understand the operation of the clerk. I could add soup right now so I could eat hot noodles, but I needed to eat more cold noodles before helping me top it up🤣. In the end, there was too much soup left for dipping, so I only gave it three stars. There is no problem with the taste, and the menu is very diverse, so you can try it. I ordered lobster noodles for 159 yuan, tea was charged 5 yuan, and service charge was 18 yuan.

Big crazy. The garbage is flying into the sky. If you don’t know the solution, some people will eat it 😂 Then Google will have 4 points? How many thugs are there on the left please? I really ate it once and I won’t eat it again. It’s so salty that it’s so salty that I need dialysis. The service is so bad. If you want a glass of water, you have to shout twice and wait for the first time to arrive. World-class volts

I went to a large drugstore in Tsim Sha Tsui with my colleagues to buy some food, and then went to a restaurant on Hau Fook Street opposite to have dinner. I saw a lot of people waiting in front of a ramen shop. My colleague said that he had eaten there before and it tasted great, so he didn’t like it. It’s a miss, you must go in and try it out! The Yuanzu Tsukemen specialty store is not big, but the decoration is designed in Japanese style. Specializing in Japanese noodles. When the Supreme Cheese Crab Dip is served, the noodles and soup are separated. The hot cheese soup is served in a stone pot, and the aroma is immediately overflowing. The golden soup base has a strong aroma of lobster cheese, and contains diced dolphin meat and lobster. The cheese soup on the tsukemon noodles tastes salty and smoky. The additional crab shell contains Matsuba crab cakes and crab meat, which is topped with cheese and then baked. In addition, there is a lot of flying fish roe. You can scoop the flying fish roe into the crab meat and mix it evenly to eat it. It is both fresh and sweet. It tastes good again. The tsukemen also comes with barbecued pork slices, soft-boiled egg and bamboo shoot slices. The barbecued pork slices are charred, the soft-boiled egg is slippery, and the bamboo shoot slices are refreshing. You can add soup to any tsukemen for free. Specially made Yatsushiro Akahai old barbecued pork ramen, the soup base of the noodles is rich in shrimp flavor, and the addition of sakura shrimp makes it sweeter. The noodles are chewy and the barbecued pork is slightly seared, making it more delicious. The soy sauce flavor of the soft-boiled egg combines with the rich egg flavor and soft-boiled texture, which really leaves a fragrance in your teeth and cheeks! Free tea with drinks

What's good about eating alone, but what about eating rice noodles if you don't understand? One person can eat a lot of it. There are a lot of wild foods in Hau Fuk Street, Tsim Sha Tsui. The noodles attracted me. Okay, let's sit down and take a look at what good food there is. The best cheese crab noodle soup. I usually get a few thin slices of barbecued pork when I open the ramen. This time, the noodle dish is really good. You get what you pay for, the portion is generous and the ingredients are good! The bottom of the soup is related to the sound frame of "zhi". The soup base is very thick and contains beef and seafood. The crab is covered with cheese and shredded. Add some crab roe and mix with crab paste. The ramen is thick noodles, springy and smoky, with three thick pieces of barbecued pork, cooked until there are burnt edges, it’s so good!

Hau Fuk Street is one of the food hubs in Tsim Sha Tsui. Tonight I went to a small shop that sells tsukemen --- "Yuanzu Tsukemen Specialty Shop". I didn't expect that I fell in love with it after eating it once!! …
